White with sugar?

Lots of serious coffee drinkers will call you mad for having your coffee white and/or with sugar, but depending on the coffee milk/cream and sugar can really bring out some flavour.

I used to have my coffee with 2 sugars and milk, not cream but that’s just personal taste, can’t stand cream, as I grew older that got reduced to one sugar and now since drinking a thousand cups of coffee at work I have it without sugar. I still drink half my coffees with milk as I love cappuccinos, I also have americano’s black.

It’s the same with tea, although there are some teas you can’t drink with milk, for example green teas, equally you can’t drink very strong roasted coffees with milk as there too acidic.

So if someone asks for white with sugar give them a break! Unless they add more then one sugar in which case that’s just criminal!
