Well Jason asked this question so I finally decided to answer!
A good all round coffee still depends on your tastes, when a new customer comes into my shop and asks for an every day coffee we usually recommend Pure Colombian, it is a strong, but not too strong medium coffee. Of course some people still find this too strong. It’s a good place to start as you can then either move up in strength or down.
A lot depends on how much milk you add, if yours is a muddy coffee (just a dash) you need a milder coffee, where as those who enjoy a lot of milk, for latte’s etc. need a much stronger coffee.
For you Jason I already gave you pico duarte and then keyna peaberry (which was slightly milder) If you still found that too strong I’d go for the Costa Rica, I’ve skipped the Pure Mocha as it’s made using the dry process, fair enough since the country has little water but it does not make for a good coffee!
Next time, Santo’s and Java!
